• Phase 1 - Feasibility study, concept design and preliminary budget

• Phase 2 – Client approval - Design criteria, programme development and start up
  

• Phase 3 -  Detailed design, preliminary tenders and specification development
  

• Phase 4 - Tender issuance and appraisal, contract preparation and award
  

• Phase 5 – Implementation, project management, commissioning and handover
